No proof is needed at all. You can use my Ambassador discount code (my owner number) and get the same rates as I get. It's been this way for 2 years and no indication it will be closed to the public.

I'm at the Honua Kai right now and the area you talk about has been planted as grass – Inrawest looks like it will wait for a while before developing the homes.

There is NO active construction taking place near the Honua Kai right now.

Of course I'd recommend our 1-bedroom villa for your needs – http://www.kaanapali-maui.com/HonuaKaiCafe/book-our-villa but that's up to you.

What's the status of the construction site between the HK buildings and the road? I think Intrawest considers it phase 3; they look a bit like houses or duplexes in the Master Plan. We are planning a trip for late May and trying to figure out the best room from among our options.
