Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE my Maui Jim’s, but I did some research on their repair policy, and everyone says they will repair them for lower than they expected. Not in this case. They charged me for the FULL amount allowed. I or shall I say one of my friends broke one of my lenses, and it cost me exactly 76.00 to fix. Maui Jim was prompt in the repair, but don’t expect a favor because I did not get one, and I have only had these things for seven months!

Maui Jim sunglasses are one of the best products made. Not only do they look good, but they are durable. If you ever have a problem, you just ship them to their repair facility and they take care of it. Even after the warranty period was over, they charge just a fraction of the cost of a new pair to fix them. They are great sunglasses and a great company.

Living is South Florida demands the use of high quality UV eye protection. These glasses are so light weight, I sometimes forget they are on. The construction uses a super elastic Nickel Titanium (NiTi) frame which can not be bent of deformed out of shape and high impact plastic lens. The bronze color looks great as well. Maui Jim did a nice job on the size, fit, shape and feel for these glasses.

The first pair of Maui Jim sunglasses I bought were from Sunglass Hut. They were the aviator style glass lenses. I wore them for about 2 weeks and they were so heavy and dug into my nose so badly that I returned them for a pair of these super lightweight glasses. I like the Maui Jim warranty and I like the great service at Sunglass Hut, which was my first experience in buying from them. They exchanged the glasses with no questions and were extremely helpful. This is what service is all about.
I’ve been extremely pleased so far. They are light, comfortable, and the quality of the lenses are excellent. Very clear and no distortion at all. I also have some Bolle and Ray Bans. In my opinion, the Maui Jim’s are the best, but I like the option of wearing different glasses for different occasions and conditions.
I have no hesitation in recommending these. I think you will be pleased with the quality and style, and you are bound to get some comments on how good they look.

Well, i do like these glasses, but they will definitely develop stress cracks in the lens. They tell you after you send them back that these glasses were not made to wear on top of your head. (who knew)
They are comfortable and a great pair of glasses but they will crack.
Mine has cracked 3 three times in two years. I would not buy these again. I would however buy another pair of MJ as they are one of the best galsses out there.
These glasses are pretty much junk unless your willing to replace them every year.
