Hi there, I actually called the resort to make sure all of the pools are open. They informed me that the lazy river pool is not yet open and that they don't have an estimated date that it will open. This was disappointing to me since we will be visiting the resort in late January and were looking forward to floating in the lazy river.
Oh no! We will be there Jan 23-30.
We picked Honua Kai because of the lazy river, but I'm sure the other pools will be nice as well. I guess that's what I get for trusting construction schedules.
Awesome place to eat great service and food. Prices very resonable for Maui. I can't wait to go back and eat there again the seafood risotto was great
